These terms apply when you buy the PR LIKE A BOSS! Brands & Experts eCourse ("the course") from me, Patrizia Galeota, a self-employed sole trader trading as PR Like a Boss! ("I", "me"). By placing your order you agree to them. Please read them first. They're short.
You're buying access to the course, which is a set of online training modules for brands and experts who want to do their own PR. The price is £995, paid as a one-off payment, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
You get lifetime access to the course, including any updates I make to it. "Lifetime" means for as long as the course is available. If I ever retire it, I'll give you at least 90 days' notice by email so you can finish it.
All modules are available at once. Once your payment has gone through, you'll get an email with your login details. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email me at [email protected] and I'll sort it.
Because you get immediate access to all the modules, I don't offer refunds or cancellations once your order is complete.
Normally, UK consumers have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that starts straight away, you can give up that right, and at checkout I ask you to tick a box to confirm that you're doing so. By ticking it and completing your order, you agree to start the course immediately and lose your right to cancel.
This doesn't affect your legal rights. If the course is faulty or isn't as I described it (for example, a module won't load), email me and I'll put it right.
The course is for you and your business. Please don't share your login, or copy, record, resell or distribute any of the materials. The content, templates and training remain my intellectual property. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business.
I share more than 20 years of PR experience and I want it to work for you, but I can't guarantee press coverage, sales or any particular result. What you do with the course is up to you.
I use your details to take payment, deliver the course and send you emails about it. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Full details are in my Privacy Policy.
I may update the course content and these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you placed your order are the ones that apply to your purchase, apart from changes to the course content itself, which I make to improve it.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, my total liability to you in connection with the course is limited to the price you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless you live elsewhere in the UK and have the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
