Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

I'm Patrizia Galeota, a self-employed sole trader trading as PR Like a Boss!, and I'm responsible for your personal data when you use this website, join my mailing list, buy my products, or get in touch. This policy explains what I collect, why, and what your rights are. I keep it plain and short on purpose.

1. Who to contact

For anything to do with your data, email [email protected].

2. What I collect

  • Details you give me: your name, email address and any message or information you send when you fill in a form, buy something, book a call or email me.
  • Order details: what you bought, when, and your billing details. Your card details go straight to my payment provider. I never see or store your full card number.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar tools.

3. Why I use it, and my legal basis

  • To deliver what you've bought and take payment. This is needed to carry out our contract.
  • To reply to your enquiries. This is my legitimate interest in running my business and helping you.
  • To send you emails about my podcast, courses and services. I do this with your consent, or where you're an existing customer and the emails are about similar things. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To keep the website secure and understand how it's used. This is my legitimate interest. I also use bot protection on my forms to block spam.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations, such as keeping records of sales.

4. Who I share it with

I don't sell your data. I share it only with the services that help me run my business, and only what they need to do their job. These include the platform that hosts my website, forms, funnels and email (GoHighLevel), my payment provider, and the tools I use for my newsletter and podcast. I may also share it with my accountant or where the law requires it.

Some of these services are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, I rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK's approved transfer mechanisms, to protect your data.

5. How long I keep it

I keep order and accounting records for as long as the law requires (currently six years). Mailing list details stay until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Enquiry emails are kept as long as they're useful, then deleted.

6. Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar tools to make it work and to understand how it's used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well without them.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the data I hold about you;
  • ask me to correct anything that's wrong;
  • ask me to delete your data;
  • ask me to restrict or stop using your data;
  • ask for your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, including unsubscribing from marketing.

To use any of these, email me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, I'd like the chance to put it right first, but you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, I'll let you know by email.
